Deep inside the Capucas community in western Honduras, at an elevation of 4,429 feet above sea level, Pedro Romero lives on and manages a piece of coffee heaven-Los Popitos organic coffee farm.
Pedro is known for being an expert in natural-processed coffee. He meticulously picks the ripest coffee cherries, removes their skin, and sun-dries them to perfection to create this delicious tea. With notes of berries and a sweet finish, it’s refreshing hot or over ice. Now you can enjoy Pedro’s high end, specialty, coffee cherry tea one cup at a time!
1. Heat water to 200º F
2. Add 18g of Cáscara to preferred brewing method
3. Add 240ml of hot water
4. Steep for 3-4 minutes
5. Strain to remove loose leaf tea
6. Pour & Enjoy!
