We’ve been working directly with coffee farmers and small batch roasting since 1997.   It’s not how long we’ve been doing what we do that makes us exemplary. It’s HOW we do it. We are dedicated to the long-term health and success of our coffee farmers. This means that we work with our farmers to ensure quality and consistency—throughout the year, not just harvest time.

We roast using our signature Latin slow roasting technique, which allows the rich flavors and vibrant aromas to emerge from each bean. Instead of keeping large inventories of roasted coffee, as is the norm in the coffee industry, we always roast to order to ensure that the quality that our farmers and roasters work so hard to achieve can be appreciated by the end consumer.
